A few things you need to know before ordering.


  • All of our jewels are individually hand made, and slight irregularities occur. Since our work is custom, you will be charged upon ordering, and we do not accept returns. But our goal is for you to LOVE your jewel, and to say so!

  • Our promised turnaround for complete Standard/Ground orders is 4 weeks production time (not counting shipping time). Once your jewel is finished and shipped, we will e-mail you the estimated delivery date, and UPS tracking number.

  • If you’re ordering a necklace, please specify chain length. Our most popular lengths are 16 and 18 inches.

  • We respect your privacy, and will never knowingly share your information or photos with anyone else.

Send any size photo, either black and white or color is fine. We need clear, sharp photos, and most importantly, ones you love! If several people are in your original photo, please tell us who goes in which piece of jewelry.

All photos will be converted to black and white in the finished piece. Some jewel designs add colors to photos. When used, these colors are shown in the website product photos.

Your photo will be cropped so faces and hair (as much as possible) fit the frame. With photos of more than one person, faces may be moved closer or farther apart to enhance the presentation.

Each piece is made from a copy of your original photograph and sealed with a durable, acid-free varnish. Photos are water-resistant, but not waterproof.

When mailing photos, please write your name on the back of your photo(s). Mailed photos will be returned with your shipment. If the photo is precious to you, please mail a copy not the original. We do our best to return photos in their original condition, but can't guarantee it.
